Registry and build pipeline · sheet 01

From “I want this robot” to a robot standing on your desk.

Every open robot compiled into one build package: a parts cart for your region, a print plan for your bed, an assembly graph with a check at every step, and bring-up to a first policy. Each package carries a level. Levels are earned by evidence, never by an agent’s confidence.

How a build runs

6 stations · same order on every robot page
  1. 01Configure

Region, printer bed, budget, print or order the printed parts.

  2. 02Source

One cart across suppliers. Maker's own kit first. Unpriced lines flagged.

  3. 03Fabricate

Printed parts, material, grams, hours, plates for your bed.

  4. 04Assemble

A step graph with parts in, tools, torque and a check at every step.

  5. 05Bring-up

Flash firmware, calibrate, run a first policy from .training.

  6. 06Report

Photos and a bring-up log. Reports are what raise a robot's level.

Verification ladder

Gates in full →

A wrong torque value strips a gear; a wrong battery step starts a fire. So the registry is grouped by what has been proven, not by popularity. Counts below are live from the registry.

03

Registry

BOM totals are list prices from the package. Sorted by name within a level.
72/72 robots
L5

Certified

The robot's maintainer signs the package. Unlocks certified teams and kit sales.

0

No robot has reached this level yet. A build report with photos and bring-up logs is what moves one here.

L4

Built

At least one community build report with photos and bring-up logs. Unlocks Build it as the main action.

0

No robot has reached this level yet. A build report with photos and bring-up logs is what moves one here. Report a build.

L3

Sourced

Every BOM line resolves to a live offer in at least two regions. Unlocks the one-click cart.

0

No robot is at this level right now.

L2

Sim-verified

Loads in browser and GPU sim, mass within tolerance of the BOM, holds a stand. Unlocks .training.

Your robot is not here?

Packages are drafted from public repos and published through the Open Robot Package spec. A maintainer can publish one with npx orp init and it appears here, on .training and on .systems.
